Shipping Policies

I. ORDER PROCESSING

When an order is placed on our site; www.urbanrepublicclothing.com , it is generally shipped within one week. Occasionally, we may have a delay due to items temporarily out of stock in which case we will contact you. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which provides a link to track your order. We require a signature on all package deliveries. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. The billing and shipping address must be the same during the checkout procedure of your order on www.urbanrepublicclothing.com. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed. Please note that the shipping times listed are from the time the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time when you place the order. Many times, we have to get your item(s) from one of our other locations, and this could delay shipping up to three days.

II. ESTIMATED SHIPPING CHARGES

Listed below are estimates only for domestic shipments as the actual shipping cost will be determined based on number, weight, units, and the shipping carrier service selected when the order is placed on www.urbanrepublicclothing.com.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we are not able to offer Saturday delivery.

III. SALES TAX

In accordance to state law, we are required to charge a sales tax of 8.75% on all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is applied to the order total pre-tax, which includes shipping and handling (if applicable). Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside the State of California.

IV. PAYMENT TERMS

UrbanRepublicClothing.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept CODs. All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change from time to time in www.urbanrepublicclothing.com sole discretion.

For your protection, our on-line shopping cart transmits all credit card numbers using highly secure 128-bit encryption for increased security, we do not store your credit card information on a server.

V. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our domestic carriers are UPS and FedEx. The shipping timeframes provided during the checkout procedure are estimates only. The typical delivery timeframe for UPS and FedEx depends on the service selected. Shipping charges are determined by the number, weight, and type of items ordered and the shipping carrier and service selected. We do not ship COD.

VI. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our international carriers are UPS and FedEx. We also offer DHL and TNT express as a special service arrangement for international shipment, if interested in this service send an email to info@urbanrepublicclothing.com and we would provide a rate quote depending on the number, weight, and type of items ordered. The shipping timeframes provided during the checkout procedure are estimates only. The typical delivery timeframe for international orders is two (2) to four (4) weeks but please allow up to six (6). We do not ship COD. All international orders must be shipped to the billing address, no exceptions. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, ip address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. We are not responsible for any taxes or duty fees imposed by your country or local customs office. Many countries will charge taxes or duty costs in order to release your package to you. For more details, please contact your local customs office. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on international orders. Please read shipping options carefully before choosing which carrier you would like to deliver your package. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via email as soon as it ships and your package will require a signature upon delivery.

VII. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse any shipments from UrbanRepublicClothing.com, you assume responsibility for the original shipping charges to you, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments, and the cost of returning the package to www.urbanrepublicclothing.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

VIII. BACKORDERS

If all of the items included in your order are out of stock you will be notified via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to lack of inventory and you will be issued a full refund of your order total (including shipping and handling, and tax).

If some but not all of the items included in your order are out of stock you will be notified via e-mail that your order has been placed on hold due to lack of inventory and you will be asked to advise us to:

1. Hold your entire order until the item or items that are out of stock are re-stocked; OR

2. Ship the items that are in stock and substitute one item that is in stock for each item that is out of stock (each substitution must be of equal or lesser value than item originally ordered and will be subject to approval by www.urbanrepublicclothing.com); OR

3. Ship the items that are in stock, issue a full refund for the item or items that are out of stock, and issue a partial refund for the cost of shipping and handling and (if applicable) tax; OR

4. Cancel your entire order and issue a full refund of your order total (including shipping and handling, and tax).

IX. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to www.urbanrepublicclothing.com you will be notified via email that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order subtotal. Shipping and handling (if applicable) for both the original and the return cost of shipment will not be refunded.

 

Return Policies

We are confident that our products will exceed your expectations. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied an item may be returned to us within 5 days of receipt of goods for a refund (less shipping/ handling/insurance costs). PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please follow these 4 simple steps:

1. Request RMA Number. Please request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) you can email us at info@urbanrepublicclothing.com to request the RMA. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. No returns without prior written authorization and we cannot accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number and /or label.

2. Carefully Pack the Merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and brand new condition. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used will not be accepted. Refunds will only be issued for items returned in new condition, with tags attached, unworn and unused, with all original packaging, boxes and paperwork. Please apply the issued RMA number to the outside of the package in such a way that it is clearly visible and place a copy of the paperwork inside.

3. Ship it to us. Returns must be received by us no later than 10 days from the date of delivery confirmation. Please ship returns to us via an insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Also, please keep your return shipping receipt and tracking number for your reference during the return process. Urban Republic Clothing is not responsible for any uninsured package, it is the responsibility of the shipper to acquire insurance for their return. All shipping is paid by customer.

4. Receive your refund. Refunds are normally processed within 7-14 days from the day the merchandise is received and inspected by our returns processor. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. However, extraordinary circumstances such as non-compliance to our return policy will delay the issuance of refunds.

We are not able to accept returns on sale items, scarves, handbags, or hats. Returns on all full priced merchandise must be returned by mail within 5 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
